Train the Trainer Certification Program is designed for aspiring trainers and for people who wish to influence others through their presentations. Becoming a trainer or a public speaker is one of the most exciting and fulfilling career globally. Many people face challenges in speaking in public or in a professional meeting. Poor public speaking is not only about not able to influence but it’s a lot more about fear, anxiety, self-limiting beliefs, stress etc., people have as a presenter.

This a four days’ workshop starts at 9:30 am until we finish the modules of that day. If you are only looking for public speaking skills and impactful presentation skills, you can join for the first two days.

Day 3 Understanding Training Cycle – Planning, Implementing and Evaluation of Training

Day 4 Instructional Designing Learn to design effective presentations, participants manuals, handbooks, speaker notes and a lot more

The course registration closes before one week of the start date. You will be given a pre-training assignment which should be submitted before 2 days of the workshop. You will be required to present on a topic and that presentation will be recorded for post training feedback purpose. After training is completed you will be given post training assignment to be submitted within 15 days of the completion training, failure to submit will within the timeline will be required to attend a refresher workshop. At the end of 4 days’ workshop you will be awarded with the certificate of attendance and ones your post training assignment is reviewed, you will be awarded with the “Certified Master Trainer” Certification. Bonus Toolkit: This program includes a Trainer toolkit, to help you become ready to start your career as a trainer and a speaker.

To be awarded with “Certified Master Trainer”, you need to attend all four days.
